FT Masters in Finance ranking 2021

FT Masters in Finance 2021

The ranking, published today, places Henley seventh in the UK, no.34 in Europe and no.39 in the world overall for the pre-experience programme. We were also rated no.12 in the world for overall satisfaction by our alumni.

When it comes to student satisfaction, Henley was rated third in the UK and no.12 in the world, while our careers service made the world top 20 (ranked no.19) for career counselling, personal development, networking events, internship search and recruitment, as rated by alumni.

Our diversity credentials are also strong, with Henley placed first in the UK and second in the world for percentage of female faculty (47%) and first in the world for percentage of women on the Business School’s advisory board. International diversity is demonstrated by being placed no.15 in the world for percentage international students and having 59% of Henley’s full-time faculty being international. Overall, 94% of Henley’s full-time faculty have PhDs.

The Masters in Finance is taught at Henley by the ICMA Centre, which celebrates its 30th anniversary later this year.

Professor George Alexandridis, Head of Pre-Experience Postgraduate Programmes at Henley Business School, said:

“We are very pleased to see that the ICMA Centre’s reputation as one of the pioneers in finance Masters programmes continues to be reflected in Henley’s positions in this latest ranking. It is particularly encouraging that our philosophy in delivering a world leading student experience and an innovative career development service are captured in the ranking’s alumni survey. We have spent the last few years re-shaping the programme by embedding more practice-centered activities and employability skills in the curriculum and we very much hope this will further help our Masters in Finance students realise their career aspirations.”
