Our aim is to offer insights into global workforce and people management challenges through the World of Work Institute and The Dunning Centre of International Business and Strategy.
Our approach to human resource management is interdisciplinary and as such, our experts draw from the departments of International Business and Strategy, and Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Reputation.
We contribute to the full range of Henley Business School's offering, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, PhD opportunities, apprenticeship programmes, the globally accredited Henley MBA, and Henley鈥檚 open and custom executive programmes.

International Business and Strategy is one of six academic areas within Henley Business School at the University of Reading. We contribute to Henley Business School鈥檚 distinctive undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the globally recognised Henley MBA and its executive programmes.
