Digital Talent Academy (DTA) is a unit within BISA to offer training in digital technology and management courses to industrial clients and university students in the UK and globally. Training opportunities range from those certified by tech companies as well as internally developed for future digital leaders and young talents.

Ms Jin Jin has extensive experience in ICT and telecom industry and previously worked at Huawei UK and China Unicom Europe. She led the 1st Huawei ICT Academy project in collaboration with the University of Reading. As a team leader, she manages the Huawei Western Europe Region ICT Competition since 2017 until now. She has been awarded 鈥淥utstanding Performance Award鈥� in 2019 and 2020, and 鈥淥utstanding Management & Leadership Award鈥� in 2021.

In addition, she worked with Executive Education and Huawei global Learning centre to develop the Leadership of Digital Transformation programme for executives. She also developed a future leader programme and digital skills training programme for industry clients and students.

She specialises in strategy, 91视频地址下载development, marketing and operational processes, procurement project management and training programme development.

As a PhD researcher, her interests cover digital transformation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, future career, cross-culture, among others.
