Untitled 6

The Financial Times European Business Schools Rankings 2023 sees Henley Business School maintain its position among the top 91Ƶַschools in the UK and Europe , placing Henley 7th in the UK and 35th in Europe.

The regional rankings measure the schools’ quality and breadth of programmes. The evaluation is derived from performance across the range of individual 2023 FT rankings of MBAs (full-time), Executive MBAs (EMBA) and Masters in Management (MiM) degrees, and Open and Custom non-degree executive education programmes. Henley currently participates in all of these rankings with the exception of the full-time MBA.

Reflecting Henley’s commitment to championing diversity and women in leadership, we are pleased to retain our top UK position (1st) for the percentage of female full-time faculty (47%), for which we placed at 13th in Europe.

Henley also placed within the top 10 in the UK for the percentage of international faculty (71%) and the percentage of faculty with a doctoral degree (99%), placing us 9th and 4th respectively. Our percentage of international faculty also saw us ranked 22nd in Europe.

Highlights of Henley’s individual rankings are:

Corporate Development

Our custom programmes placed 16th in Europe and 3rd in the UK, and our open programmes placed 17th in Europe, 3rd in the UK.

Executive MBA

Our Executive MBA programme European rank position improved, placing us 6th in the UK and 23rd in Europe.

Alumni who studied with us earned an average salary of $169,910 three years after completing their EMBA, registering an average 52% salary increase. This percentage salary increase sees us placed No.9 in the UK and No.36 in Europe for this measure.

Masters in Management

Professor Lucy Newton, Pro-Dean of Education & 91Ƶַ Success said:

“I am delighted to see that Henley has maintained its position within the FT’s top 10 UK 91Ƶַschools and within the top 35 in Europe. As a 91Ƶַschool, diversity and inclusion sits at the heart of what we do, so I am pleased to see we have maintained our No.1 UK position for the percentage of women in our faculty.
