Ten point climb for Henley's Degree Apprenticeship programme in NSS

Our Undergraduate Degree Apprenticeship programme achieved 90.5% overall satisfaction in the National 91ÊÓƵµØÖ·ÏÂÔØ Survey (NSS), ten points higher than last year. The NSS gathers final-year undergraduate students’ opinions on the quality of their courses, rating areas such as teaching, learning opportunities, the learning community, and assessment and feedback.

Henley's Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship - BA (Hons) in Applied Management performed especially well with many areas making further significant improvements, in particular the areas of academic support, organisation management, learning and community and student voice.

Programme Director for the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, Dr Dorota Bourne said,

“The latest NSS survey is another set of excellent results for Henley. These results demonstrate that apprentices are fully equipped to progress further with their careers and have had a great learning experience along the way."

A good apprenticeship experience is created by developing a close relationship between Henley, our apprenticeship employers, the learners and their line managers. These results also credit our hard-working apprenticeship staff, who work tirelessly to provide learners with the best experience possible. The last few years have been challenging for everyone, but these results prove that the apprentices have appreciated all the support they receive throughout their learning journey.
