The webinar was delivered to an audience of several hundred executives, along with corporate partner Transform Performance International, a global advisory firm. Professor Laker explored what traits makes a great leader and why some leaders are more successful than others to find a 'formula' that one can follow to emulate the best of the best.

The research presented at 'The Leaders Secret Code: The Belief Systems that Distinguish Winners' webinar was based on the findings of Professor Laker's book of the same title, published in 2019, and he outlined how a leader's focus should be less on what they do and how they behave, but more centred on what causes them to behave in the way they do - in other words, their beliefs and values.

The webinar was extremely well received by the audience. To view the full webinar, watch it .
